Distance healing is equally as powerful
and effective as when we are in a room together.
I am simply ‘allowing’ the energy and directing to
flow to a specific place and person.

45-Minute Reiki Session + Take-Home Sound Healing Meditation
The 45-minute remote healing session will consist of Reiki, folllowed by a take-home custom Sound Healing meditation delivered via email. We will virtually do our session via Zoom, and I will talk you through the entire process. You will be in your home or wherever you are most comfortable, laying down or sitting in meditation. I will be visualizing and imagining I am right there beside you.
Note: Due to the nature of Zoom and sound quality, Reiki and Sound Healing cannot be performed simultaneously during remote sessions. You will receive a custom Reiki Meditation via email following your session.
